Conversations are the core of great communities.  

Our Enhancing Learning community embrace deep thoughtful conversations that help us all learn new perspectives and embrace different ideas.

A critical element for conversations is the range of words a child has made a connection to and can use to express themselves.  The Oral Language Pool is how we visualise the critical nature words have on our learning and capacity to engage with the world around us.

It is the WHY we focus all of our energy on helping children to grow their oral language pool. It is the WHY we push back against current academic insistence on the early introduction of literacy and numeracy.
